Der Lewis Pass ist ein Gebirgspass auf der Südinsel Neuseelands in etwa 900 m Höhe. Er ist der nördlichste der drei Hauptpässe über die Südalpen und liegt höher als der Haast Pass und etwas niedriger als der Arthur’s Pass. Er stellt die Verbindung zwischen Nord-Canterbury und der Westküste her und führt durch einen ausgedehnten, unveränderten Buchenwald.
Der Pass ist der Sattel zwischen den Tälern des Maruia River im Nordwesten und des Lewis River im Südosten. Der Sattel liegt in der Nähe der Maruia Springs Hot Spa.
Das Gebiet um den Lewis Pass ist als nationales Schutzgebiet ausgewiesen. In der Umgebung des Lewis-Passes gibt es eine Reihe von Wanderrouten, darunter den St. James Walkway. Dieser kurze Alpine Nature Walk führt von einem Parkplatz in der Nähe des Sattels durch ein alpines Feuchtgebiet und einen Tümpel.
